Sponsor Promotion We are passing out cards from
Garibaldi's. When an individual makes a purchase at any one of their 5
locations including the concession stand at Hoffman Estates, they will
punch the card. Once an entire card is punched, please turn the card in
either to Joe Natola (varsity) or Kathy Filippilli (JV). PREP will get
back 20% for every $100.00 spent. If you need more cards, please let
either your manager know or contact Joe Natola.

PREP Apparel PREP is now offering several items of apparel with the new PREP logo and color scheme. To place your order please print out this order form and return it with your check to your team manager.
We can add the player name and number to the hood of the hoodie. Just print your player last name and number at the bottom of the order form and add an additional $6.00. We will be getting a sample of the wind jacket in size M and L hopefully by the weekend. If you are interested in pants they DO NOT have to be the same size as the jacket. Also the PREP logo will have hockey added to it.
